Pivot Creatively Uses Pinterest to Inspire Engagement Around Human Resources

Adaptly worked with Pivot and its media agency RPA to tap into the power of Pinterest to drive engagement and tune-in around the season two premier of the unscripted series Human Resources. Promoted Pins tied in the show’s theme with real-world examples of how Pinterest users could transform junk into crafts. The campaign strategy was to leverage Pinterest’s Guided Search around key terms.

Pivot found a way to be relevant and useful on Pinterest, and Pinners exhibited high intent signals. The entertainment brand garnered 3.5MM impressions and more than 44k engagements, which generated earned media opportunities.  Overall, Pivot saw a decrease in CPE and CPC due to downstream activity.
