Jack in the Box Beefs Up its Social Media with Facebook Canvas Ads

Adaptly worked with Jack in the Box’s agency Horizon Media to promote the release of the new Double Jack burger through beta access to Facebook Canvas Ads. The brand’s primary goals were to drive website and in-store traffic through a 60-second video ad and two different calls-to-action: upload a photo of yourself next to the face of the brand, Jack Box; and find a Jack in the Box location near you.

Jack in the Box’s early access to Canvas Ads was a success: the chain saw a 44% lift in purchase intent for the Double Jack burger and a 200% lift in site traffic driven by the ‘find a location near you’ CTA.
