Today marks the start of Social Media Week in New York City and everyone at Adaptly is excited to see what this year’s conference has in store for digital marketing leaders. We’re proud to be a sponsor and looking forward to sharing our insights through two sessions, both on this Thursday.

The first, “Pinterest: From Inspiration to Conversion”, will take place at 10:30 AM on the FWD Stage at the TimesCenter and feature Adaptly President Sean O’Neal along with Michael Akkerman, Head of Marketing Developer Partnerships at Pinterest, and Brian Magida, Director of Digital Marketing at Warby Parker. Our second session, “Friends, Not Frenemies: Facebook and Instagram”, will be at 1:00 PM on the EDU Stage at the SVA Theatre. Ruth Arber, Adaptly’s Director of Solutions, will sit down with Josh Machiz, Nasdaq’s Director of Integrated Marketing, Kristin Rolla Mirek, VP Multi-Platform Development & Marketing at TV Land, and Jessica Sherrets, Brand Development Lead at Instagram, to discuss the relationship between Facebook and Instagram in media campaigns. Advertisers often wonder if these two platforms coexist or compete, and our panelists will discuss how they complement each other. Attendees will walk away with insight into leveraging the unique aspects of Facebook and Instagram to achieve unprecedented success in their cross-channel marketing strategies.
