Adaptly Offering Pinterest Ads Service in the UK
Enterprise media buying solution available to major brands and agencies
Adaptly, an Ads API Marketing Developer Partner for the world’s catalog of ideas Pinterest, has extended its offering to the UK.
Since early April, Adaptly has offered the Pinterest Promoted Pins advertising solution to brands and agencies operating in the UK. This follows the announcement of a similar arrangement in the US last year.
Adaptly has integrated with the Pinterest Ads API to offer its clients the ability to plan, deploy, optimise, and report on paid media campaigns across Pinterest. This makes Adaptly the only technology available today for media buying across Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Kik.
UK marketers can now reach new audiences by promoting Pins on their Pinterest boards through paid media. Adaptly’s technology enables marketers to manage every aspect of a Promoted Pin campaign.
The new Adaptly offering builds on the unique nature of Pinterest: More than 75% of the content people Pin comes from businesses, so Promoted Pins are interwoven into the organic service without interrupting the user. Pinners are receptive to new brands, products, and services. The platform offers both branding and direct response opportunities for brands.
By integrating with the Pinterest Ads API, Adaptly offers advantages including the ability to create and edit multiple Pins, to build campaigns in bulk, to discover, create, and optimise a large number of keyword terms, and to organise and report on performance information in flexible and customised ways.
Tim Page, VP, Revenue at Adaptly, said: “Pinterest’s user base in the UK has more than doubled over the past year, and we’re pleased to help brands boost their presence on this entirely unique discovery platform. Since November 2014, Adaptly has gained deep insights from hundreds of campaigns run for our US clients, something our UK clients will immediately benefit from. We’re already incorporating Promoted Pins into our paid social media strategies.”
Blue 449 has worked closely with Adaptly in the lead-up to the UK launch of Pinterest, educating brands on campaign best practices. Blue 449 identified Pinterest as a relevant channel for Center Parcs to explore due to its inspirational and forward-planning nature.
“With Adaptly’s and Blue 449’s expertise, we are looking to utilise Pinterest to further reach our core audience in another content-rich environment as they use Pinterest to plan activities they want to do in the future, and ultimately drive new interest and bookings for short breaks at our forest locations,” said Chris Dowse, Senior Media Planner at Center Parcs.
