Snapchat has added a new Paperclip feature that lets users attach a link to a Snap before posting it. Previously, linking out of Snapchat was only available to advertisers who purchased Snap Ads with the option to have users swipe up into a Web Attachment. The Paperclip tool was released in conjunction with two other updates, Voice Filters and Backdrops, which will let users alter their voices independently of visual lenses and alter the background of an image, respectively.
