Join Adaptly at Social Media Week Chicago
Social Media Week is going to Chicago next week and the Adaptly team is excited to be part of the line up once again. We had such awesome engagement around our #SMWNYC sessions in February that we can’t wait to see what the Windy City has in store.
Our first session, “A How-To: Boost Ad Performance Across Facebook & Instagram”, will be on Tuesday, November 15 at 9:30 AM CST at Venue One: Main Stage. Adaptly’s own VP of Strategic Accounts Ruth Arber will be joined onstage by Jaideep Mukerji, Head of Advertising Research at Instagram, to discuss the benefits and best practices of extending ad creative across Facebook and Instagram in a tactic known as Placement Optimization. Attendees will walk away from the session with insights into how advertisers can boost efficient reach for Facebook and Instagram’s highly engaged audiences while lowering costs and delivering on branding and direct response objectives.
Our second session, “We’re in a Vertical Video Era. Now What?”, will take place on Thursday, November 17 at 11:00 AM CST also at Venue One: Main Stage. Charlie Neer, Adaptly’s SVP of Revenue, will moderate a panel consisting of Megan Presslak, Associate Digital Media Manager at Allstate and Jeff Kauffman, Media/Group Head at The Richards Group. Vertical video is top-of-mind for advertisers right now as Snapchat gains popularity among smartphone users. The app reaches 41% of all 18- to 34-year-olds, who spend an average of 25 to 30 minutes every day using the vertically-oriented platform. Users are up to nine times more likely to watch vertical video ads through to completion, so swing by the session to learn how to incorporate vertical video into your own marketing mix.
