Former Apple, ESPN, and Snap Inc. Exec Anne Hoffer Joins Adaptly as SVP Revenue, Midwest

Marketing technology and services company Adaptly today announced that Anne Hoffer has joined the company to expand creative offerings as Senior Vice President Revenue, Midwest, a new position based in Chicago.

“Anne has built a track record of unprecedented revenue growth while building brands and teams within both small and large organizations. She is a forward-thinking leader and strategist recognized for creating performance-driven cultures and managing teams to exceed revenue goals,” says Nikhil Sethi, co-founder and CEO of Adaptly, to whom Hoffer will report. “Anne is part of our plan to expand Adaptly’s management ranks with exceptional talent armed with new tools to assure brands get the best possible ROI on their digital ad spending.”

Hoffer comes to Adaptly from Snap Inc., where she was Central Region Director and a founding member of the Snapchat Business/Advertising team. She started Snapchat’s Chicago office, growing advertising revenue significantly. Before that, she was with Apple, also opening Apple’s Chicago office and building strategic partnerships for iAd. From 2005 to 2011, Hoffer built the espnW brand at ESPN. Prior to that she worked at Viacom’s Nickelodeon, cross-platform in ad sales. She started her career at Starcom Worldwide, becoming Media Supervisor, Nintendo of America. Hoffer holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
